What is important to the survival and health of the online gambling industry? Over at the Other Site you will find a multitude of threads linking to theRx referring to:

McXXXXX is back at theRx

Poster XXXXX is a stiff

Xxxx is ghost posting

Scarlett nonsense

and the usual Shrink bashing

NOT ONE ****ING WORD about the legislation pending which could damage the industry. (Maybe I should've linked a picture of a swastica or something in the post; that would've got them to link up to it in less than a minute

) Maybe destroy is too strong a word to use but it sure ain't good news in any event. The Kyl Bill is unimportant... the important things are worrying about who is posting where and who's a stiff/crook/nazi/etc.

This is why I'm so pissed off at those people. Fiddling while Rome is going up in smoke. This is a time where people in this business need to CHECK THEIR EGOS AT THE DOOR and band together to fight the growing threats (plural) to online gambling. It is NOT the time to be creating dissention and accusing people of being stiffs/crooks/yada yada for your own amusement and entertainment.

Peep I always thought your forum could be a positive force in the industry. That is why I supported you all that time. You can still make a difference if you want to... or you can sit there playing with yourself while reading all the flame threads over there while Americans are having their right to gamble taken away from them.

The choice is yours: become a positive force and work WITH others to help keep this industry strong, or go for the cheap laughs and watch it all come crashing down.

And one other thing... when you go posting how the leaders (and players) of this industry are scummy scamming crooked ghost-posting stiffs, it accomplishes nothing except to PROVIDE AMMUNITION FOR THOSE WHO ARE ANTI-GAMBLING. They will use this to justify shutting down online gambling.

Think about it. Please.

Still not one word on this pending bill over there. What are you guys waiting for? Or do you just not care?

The paranoid side of me is really starting to believe that these guys are moles whose purpose is to create dissention and drag down the online gambling industry. Or maybe someone has a better explanation???

Maybe they don't read the RR and don't know how upset you are with them. But if you think that they are moles then maybe paranoid schizophrenia could be added to the list.

So you can't explain why they don't care about the Kyl Bill either. Especially when there are so many more important things going on, like Patrick's return to the forums and Scarlett's true identity.

Banned, I realize you are 4 years behind everyone else, but the Kyl bill was discussed extensively on all major forums months and months ago.

As I see it, there is probably less of a chance of it going through now as there was back then at the height of the "sky is falling" mentality.

And I realize that this bill is COMING UP FOR A VOTE IN THE SENATE in less than 2 months. There doesn't need to be a discussion but it would be nice if Peep would AT LEAST ADVISE HIS READERS TO WRITE THEIR CONGRESSPERSON. But I guess he's too busy slandering everyone in this business (and sending paid hitters like you over here to harass me) than to worry about legislation which could damage online gaming. But then again... Peep lives in Canada, so I can see why he doesn't give a shit.

wish I could say I was paid for anything

unfortunately not

didn't even get any money in my account for running the poker world banner for 3 months. Silly me, I ended up giving away all the ad money to posters in contests. Damn shame I don't have my priorities straight
